SUMMER IS SOON GONE, BUT FALL APPROACHES – ENJOY!

Summer activities have ended, the State Fair is over and all of the kids are back to school (the parents are relaxed again); and, we are now entering the fall season with an exciting Mercedes-Benz Open Haus Event at Sears Imported Autos Saturday, September 24th from 11AM-2PM! Again, Sears Imported Autos was the major sponsor of The 6th Annual Open Arms Golf Classic on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Windsong Farm Golf course. It offered the opportunity to enjoy a world class golf course while supporting Open Arms mission of nourishing people living with life threatening illnesses. The winners from the event will head to historic Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina for the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship. Congrats again to Ryan Alexander and JD Johnston on a job well done at Windsong.

Lastly, as Open Arms celebrates its 30th birthday this year, it will deliver more than 600,000 free, nutritious meals to people living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, multiple sclerosis and ALS. They serve roughly 1,000 clients each week throughout the Twin Cities, as well as their caregivers and dependents. They believe that eating delicious, nutritious meals helps make our clients’ medicines and treatments more effective, so they are able to lead healthier, more independent lives. In that way, we like to think Open Arms serves a little hope with every meal it delivers.
